Chef Kevin Vititoe graduated Summa Cum Laude from Sullivan University in 2004 and has been cooking professionally ever since.

His family’s favorite dish is his fried chicken, which he shares the recipe on the main page of this site, FriedChickenOnline.com.

Kevin came to cooking after a number of years in the telecommunications industry where he learned the ins and outs of the internet world.

This site is dedicated to making great food available to the home cook, using basic, easy to get ingredients. By replicating many restaurant type foods but using whole ingredients (not processed foods) he hopes to bring people back to the dinner table to spend time together as a family.
